Turn meeting notes into an action-focused deck
Separate decisions, open questions and actions so your meeting notes become a useful presentation.

Separate discussion from decisions
Notes often follow the order people spoke. Slides organized that way can feel repetitive. Sort the material into context, agreed decisions, open questions and actions before deciding what belongs in the presentation.
An opinion is not an agreed decision. Keep unconfirmed owners, dates and budgets explicitly open; a generated draft should never make commitments for meeting participants.
Reorganize around the next action
Use one slide for context, one for agreed conclusions, one to compare unresolved options, and an action slide stating who will do what and when. Ink Green suits discussions centered on choices and planning.
For long notes, extract the relevant paragraphs first and paste them into the topic field. Myo currently accepts a topic or pasted text; it does not read uploaded meeting-note files or attachments.
Use the draft as a review document
Compare the outline with the original notes. Check that open questions have not turned into decisions and that actions retain their constraints. Export an editable PPTX when the content is ready.
Ask action owners to confirm their commitments before presenting. Reuse the same structure at the next meeting, replacing plans with outcomes instead of redesigning the update each time.
Example meeting-recap prompt
Turn these notes into 5 action-focused slides: the team agreed to an internal trial; budget is undecided; Lin will organize feedback; the due date is unconfirmed. Separate decisions, discussion points and actions. Do not add commitments.
Adapt this example with your own facts and numbers before generating.
