Data information
The app stores account email, password hashes, sessions, presentations, team memberships and usage for authentication, generation and collaboration. Team members can view and export shared presentations.
Live model requests include the necessary topic, outline and slide content. Demo mode makes no model requests. Do not submit information you are not authorized or willing to send to the configured model service.
Deleted presentations stay in trash for 30 days and are cleaned up on access after expiry. Permanent deletion and account deletion remove related database records and generated files. Backup retention is managed separately by the operator.
Conversations with AI about a slide in the editor, and the pictures sent with them, are kept for 30 days from when they were sent so you can continue and undo them, then deleted automatically; deleting a presentation deletes them at once. When an account is deleted, its conversations from the last 30 days are moved to a restricted archive that is used only to investigate abuse or answer support and legal requests, and each is still deleted 30 days after it was sent.
Usage analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you allow it and the site is configured. It uses cookies to measure page views, template selection, email registration, deck generation and exports. We remove query parameters and deck identifiers from page addresses and use fixed route names as page titles. Deck content and email addresses are not sent. You can change your choice here; declining stops future collection and clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data already sent. Cloudflare may separately provide basic traffic statistics; those settings are independent of this Google Analytics preference.
Google Analytics is not enabled in this environment.
