How to use your company's PowerPoint template with AI
Upload a deck your team already uses, choose the pages to keep as layouts, and let AI write new content into your colors, fonts and logo. Then export an editable PPTX.

Start from the deck that best represents you
Pick a deck your team actually uses, with a good range of page types: ideally a cover, an agenda, text slides, chart slides and a closing page. A board update, a sales deck or last quarter's review all work. Upload it as a .pptx or PDF. The file stays private to your account, or to your team if you build the template there.
Myo reads every page as a layout. Colors, backgrounds, fonts and type sizes, logos and decorative shapes stay where they were; the old words are only examples that new content replaces. Chart pages become native charts with data you can edit, and tables keep their rows, rules and cell fills.
Choose the pages that become layouts
After upload, each page is shown with its original words, and you decide which ones become layouts. Keep one cover, one closing page and a few content pages with different structures, such as a single conclusion, a side-by-side comparison, a chart and a process. Leave out pages that only made sense for one meeting.
Layouts Myo adds stay off unless your deck has no cover or fewer than three content pages. The closer your chosen layouts are to what you usually present, the less rework the generated deck needs.
Write new content in, then check every slide
Type a topic, or import a PDF, Word or Markdown document. Review the outline and its order first, then generate the slides. Every slide lands in your own pages. When words run long, Myo sets them a little smaller first and rewords only what still overflows. On Pro, AI layout also draws new content slides in your design.
Before exporting, check every fact and number, then open the PPTX in PowerPoint. Text stays text and charts stay charts, so you can keep editing. When a whole team should share one look, build the template into your team, and every member's new deck starts from it.
Example prompt for a company template
Using our quarterly review template, prepare an 8-slide business review for leadership: this quarter's conclusion, goals vs actual, three key measures, main risks, next quarter's priorities and the decisions needed. Use only the numbers I supply and mark missing data as to be confirmed.
Adapt this example with your own facts and numbers before generating.
